Privacy policy

VXLVERSE is a free, browser-based game-maker. This page explains, in plain English, what information we collect when you use it, why, and what you can do about it.

What we collect

How we use it

We do not sell your personal information, and we don't run advertising on VXLVERSE.

Who else is involved

To run VXLVERSE we rely on a few trusted services:

Cookies

We use a small amount of local storage to keep you signed in and to remember your cookie choice. Analytics cookies are only set after you click "Accept" on the cookie banner. You can decline and still use everything.

Children's privacy

Personal accounts (Google sign-in) are for people aged 13 and over. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through accounts. If you believe a child under 13 has created an account, contact us and we'll remove it.

In a class, students of any school age take part without accounts — that's the point of the Class Kit. A student joins with the teacher's class code and a nickname only: no name, no email, no password, nothing else asked, ever. What we store is the nickname and the game they hand in, attached to the teacher's account; the teacher can rename or delete any of it, and class pages are not indexed by search engines. Teachers and parents can request deletion of a student's work at any time via Contact.

Your rights

You can ask us to delete your account, your games, and your avatar at any time. Just reach out (see Contact below) and we'll take care of it. You can also remove your avatar yourself from your profile, and your games are yours to delete.
